The staff was impeccably attentive! From the second we exited the cab until we checked out - excellent. The hotel was clean and very conveniently located.
I read other reviews about how comfy the bed was...this would be my only disappointment. The rooms have double beds (older matttresses) and have a mattress pad on top of it...which slides all over the bed at night. The beds also did not have top sheets which left the duvet as the only option to cover up with.

We stayed in the superior king room and loved it. It was stocked as expected, and the staff were superfriendly people from the doorman to the desk clerk and turn-down service.
We didn't like the bed, it was very small.

Their friendly demeanor kept our spirits high as we fueled up for the day ahead with the family.
My kids wished there was a better kids' menu or more activities to keep them entertained .

Chic hip new property with well-mannered staff from the doormen to the receptionists. Superior king room with a huge soft instant fall asleep king bed and good sized bathroom plus a great shower.

The bed was extremely comfortable, however the pillows are overstuffed and don't work for someone who sleeps on their stomach. The bathroom had a large shower and separate tub. The bar is beautiful - terrific atmosphere. The package we had included free handmade chocolates that were divine.
The bathroom was too dark. The shower leaked on the floor. Internet access costs $10/day. The gym was good, but several things needed maintenance. There was no jacuzzi.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom's spacious and well appointed. The location is excellent.
There was a slight inattention to details for a hotel of this caliber. The closet and cabinet doors were misaligned and did not close flush. An empty glass sat on a counter by the elevator for more than a day. The only thing that could be called truly terrible about the stay was the staff at the hotel bar, Liberte.

The location is great-that Rittenhouse Square vibe! Got some good French treats during the Urban Experience.
Check-in seemed like a rush job, and the bathroom doors? Frosted glass was a bit too much 'open concept' for my taste at 2 AM! Not ideal for stealthy midnight visits.

Very friendly personnel, always helpful and concerned about your experience. The room service was prompt and relatively inexpensive. The hotel was pleasantly quiet and the beds were comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom and amenities were top notch. Room service waffles were very good, strawberries tasted OK even out of season. The buffalo wings were good but the blue cheese dressing didn't taste like cheese at all. The fries were very nice. Orange juice was very good so was the chocolate milk, the espresso tasted good but was cold.
Only a mini bar and no separate fridge for personal use. TV didn't carry CSN which means you're not gonna be able to watch most Phillies games in Philadelphia, that's terrible. Room service burger was ordered medium and was more like extra well done, the popcorn was the terrible artificial butter flavor kind. The maple syrup we got for breakfast was was only half maple syrup half cheap cane sugar syrup, at least it wasn't artificially flavored.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. Gym was well-appointed, with a nice range of up-to-date equipment...and it was available 24 hours, which was fantastic.
Bathroom while modern with a great layout had not been cleaned well.

Comfortable beds, convenient location, with great snack bar options and friendly staff, made my stay enjoyable.
Nothing, all great.

The best thing was the bed....it was soft, comfy and very quiet, exactly what i needed in my severely jetlagged state!
It's a bit far from the key areas of interest for a traveller - close to business areas, but everywhere else, it was a long walk or a $10 - 12 taxi ride.
